Shipping policy

At J S APPAREL, we strive to ensure your orders reach you in a timely and secure manner.

Dispatch & Delivery Time

Our standard delivery time is 15 days from the date of order confirmation- Note except holidays n weekends 

You will be provided with an estimated delivery timeline at the time of placing your order. Please note that delays may occasionally occur due to external factors beyond our control (e.g., courier delays, weather conditions, n gusted holidays etc.).

Shipping & Insurance

All orders are fully insured in transit until they are delivered to you.
Once the order is delivered and a signature is obtained upon delivery, responsibility for the product passes to the recipient.
If someone other than the original purchaser is receiving the order (e.g., a gift), their signature at delivery is considered as confirmation of receipt and fulfillment of the order.

Delivery Charges

A flat courier charge of ₹100 is applicable on all domestic orders.

International Delivery

We are pleased to offer international shipping.

  • Shipping charges are calculated according to the delivery location and will be displayed at checkout.

  • Delivery timeline: Orders will be delivered within 25 days from the date of order confirmation.

Please note: International orders may be subject to customs duties and import taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.
